Return Policy
Driven by Passion is a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means we don't stock or hold inventory and we work with production partners to produce our inventory on demand as needed.
As our customers place orders with us, we place orders with our suppliers to produce and ship our products. We do this to keep our costs low and quality high. Because each product is made to order for customers, we cannot except direct returns of items back to us.
With that, we offer a quality guarantee that you will receive the item you ordered from us without any defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we’ll offer you an exchange or a refund and let you keep the item. To begin, you can contact us at support@drivenbypassion.shop.
Because we produce our items on demand with our production partners, we reserve the right to deny an exchange or refund for other reasons.
Term
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. We cannot accept returns on sale items.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, has a print defect, a manufacturing defect, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue to make it right. We will request photographic proof sent via email of the damage or defect in order to properly evaluate the issue. You will be offered a choice between an exchange or a refund. You do not need to return the item to us.
Exchanges
Upon evaluation of the photographic proof of damage or defect, if you request an exchange, we will let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, we will contact our print partner to process a new replacement item to be shipped to you at no further cost.
Refunds
Upon evaluation of the photographic proof of damage or defect, if you request a refund, we will let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@drivenbypassion.shop.
Order Cancellation
Once your order is made, we send it to our production partners to fulfill. As a result, it may not be possible to cancel an order once they've begun. If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@drivenbypassion.shop. We will check with our production partner and if possible, cancel your order.
